Parent to popular UK property portal sites Zoopla and PrimeLocation, ZPG has announced that it will be welcoming back its former agents Humberts to the ZPG platform.

Humberts will return to listing sales and lettings properties from 6 new franchise branches and 5 new hubs located across the UK with immediate effect.

Tim Simmons, Director of Sales and Marketing at Humberts said, “We’re pleased to be returning to ZPG and to now be listed across both Zoopla and PrimeLocation. ZPG have demonstrated the value and insight they can bring to both our business and customers and we feel now is the right time to return.”

Charlie Bryant, MD of ZPG Property Services commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Humberts back to the ZPG platform. Their return is another example of an agent really understanding our proposition and the value we can bring to their brand and customers and we’re looking forward to working with them.”

Since OnTheMarket (OTM) it's "one other portal" rule earlier this year, ZPG has seen hundreds of branches return to its platform, including OTM's founding members Douglas & Gordon, Chestertons, and Strutt & Parker.
