At Tenda, Cohen was responsible for structuring the financial division and for leading the corporate separation between Gafisa and Tenda, which ultimately resulted in Tenda listing on the Brazilian stock exchange. Prior to that, Cohen was CFO at Grupo Sá Cavalcante and Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank. He graduated from Pontificia Universidade Catolica (PUC-RJ), is a mechanical and production engineer, and has a Masters in administration with an emphasis on Finance from the same educational institution. Felipe has also an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

"Felipe's solid experience in M&A and capital markets will support VivaReal's medium and long-term objectives", said VivaReal's CEO, Lucas Vargas.
