RealNex is a commercial real estate technology company that has recently announced the latest release of its platform solution. The announcement includes information on major upgrades to its cloud-based CRM and commercial listing platform MarketPlace which now covers Property Line.
The new CRM sports a sleek, new, more intuitive interface and an all-new, robust reporting engine with an extensive library of reports and a full stack of dashboards. Both CRM and MarketPlace now have a responsive design, enabling users to enjoy the full power of RealNex either on a big screen in the office or a smartphone in the field.
RealNex MarketPlace now includes all of Property Line’s capabilities in its elegant design and architecture with a breadth of services that greatly exceeds its predecessor’s performance and capabilities. This includes advanced RealNex Suite integration such as incorporating a Deal Room into a listing or publishing a listing from your CRM property database, providing greater efficiency and power.
MarketPlace’s e-marketing engine includes seamless branded flyer creation and robust dashboards providing detailed analytics. RealNex CRM contacts can be leveraged to run highly targeted marketing campaigns and swiftly follow up on the results.
“We knew Property Line was mission critical to our clients’ business. We took great care to build a solution that exceeded expectations. We are delighted with the initial response and excited about the coming enhancements to be delivered to our growing global community,” noted RealNex CEO Jeffrey Finn.
RealNex MarketPlace is also configurable for hosting on local brokerage websites as MP Direct, or regional associations’ sites as MP Exchange. Both embed the power of MarketPlace in a client’s site, along with detailed demographics, area business and other critical data to facilitate investment decisions.
“RealNex continues to deliver over-whelming value to our clients. The new release marks the primary milestone in our vision to create a holistic, integrated end-to-end solution for the industry. No alternative offers greater functionality at such an incredibly low price,” added RealNex Chairman Mark Kingston.
