US commercial portal realup.com has announced a new sponsorship deal with private commercial real estate lender CK&J Capital.
This deal will involve custom email blasts for CK&J Capital as well as run-of-site banner ads, monthly blog posts, and exclusive lead generation. realup.com claims it has the best opening rate for email blasts in the industry.
Along with the new sponsorship deal, realup.com has announced two new advertising options for its users. At the end of July, the portal added a featured listing option allowing advertisers to target a particular listing based on location property type.
Adding to this, realup.com released a "maximum exposure" package a few days ago. This package combines all of the portal's marketing and distribution options.
realup.com now claims to have over 160,000 users. During the past few months, the portal has signed listing distribution deals with Howard Hanna, Grubb & Ellis, KW Commercial, and real estate auction company Tranzon.
realup.com's competitors include loopnet.com, which recently announced a 19 percent year-on-year increase in registered members to a total of 4,287,730.
