London-based online real estate agency Tepilo has opened a new headquarters in the middle of the city after doubling its turnover in the past year, reports Estate Agent Today.
Although the agency hasn't disclosed how much money it's made, one thing is clear: it's expanding. The headquarters will now employ 60 staff who will work out of Tepilo's new premises at Monument Street.
Tepilo CEO Sarah Beeny said the popularity of online realty transactions are what bolstered the business.
“2016 has been a hugely successful year for Tepilo and we want to build on that further in 2017. A recent report by Zoopla revealed that 39 per cent of people would be likely to use an online or hybrid agency if selling their property, which is a clear sign of progress for our sector and the growth potential ahead” says Beeny.
