Neinver and TH Real Estate buy an outlet in Poland for 79.7 million euros

The purchase operation of Factory Warsaw Ursus, located in Warsaw, has been carried out by Neptune, the joint venture they share, whose value already exceeds €1,300 million.

Neptune, the joint venture of Neinver and TH Real Estate, gains muscle with a new purchase in Poland. The Spanish company has acquired the Factory Warsaw Ursus outlet in Warsaw after paying €79.7 million, its thirteenth asset in the portfolio.

The center covers 19,593 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) and was owned to date by Irus European Retail Property. The commercial galleries have 103 stores, occupied by firms such as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, United Colors of Benetton, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, among others, and was the first outlet that raised the blind in the European country.

With this new acquisition, Neptune has already accumulated thirteen assets, since its creation in 2014. Its portfolio is made up of five centers in Poland, another five in Spain, two in Italy and one in France.
