hotpads.com, one of the leading real estate search websites, is hiring immediately for inside sales representatives to develop national and regional, key account advertisers in the rental home and apartment classified space. Based upon our success and growth we are seeking individuals looking for a career opportunity within one of the fastest growing and innovative online real estate search engines!
Essential Duties:
The National Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting, crafting presentations, presenting, selling and maintaining business relationships associated with large multi-family and single-family property managers and real estate investment trusts (or REIT’s).
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be financially driven, highly disciplined and have an exceptionally strong work ethic. Additionally, they will enjoy a team environment and the desire to exceed revenue goals. We want an ambitious, driven individual with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management. Additional qualifications include:
Extremely proficient use of internet and computer literacy
1 to 2 years proven sales experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient planning, organization & presentation skills
Excellent time management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
