Are you looking for an entry-level, technology sales position at a fast-moving startup? If so, we’ve got the perfect position for you!
RentJuice, a well-funded, San Francisco-based provider of online software for real estate professionals, is rapidly expanding and looking for Jr. Account Executives to join our team. The Jr. Account Executives will be the first point of contact many prospective customers have with RentJuice and will be responsible for generating interest and excitement for our services, particularly in new geographic markets. Following successful qualification of prospects, Jr. Account Executives hand off qualified leads to Account Executives for additional follow-up.
This position will require high, daily activity levels consisting of cold calls and emails and offers a promotion path for the right candidates. It is anticipated that succesful Jr. Account Executives will graduate to Account Executives in relatively quick fasion.
Who you are:
You have a bachelors degree
You are a recent grad or have been in the workforce for up to three years
Prior sales or lead generation experience not necessary
You are a high energy, goal-driven individual
You are a quick study of new technologies
It’s a plus if you have experience with Salesforce.com
It’s another plus if you have real estate industry experience
Some of your traits:
Fast Learner. Our product and industry can be complex. Developing a deep understanding of both will be critical to your success.
Strong Communicator. You will be the first contact a prospective customer has with RentJuice. As such, you will need to be articulate, polished, and engaging, both on the phone and in “print.”
Enthusiastic. As with any start-up, it’s vital for you to not only be able to conduct yourself in a fast-paced, energetic environment, but also handle all prospects with a positive attitude.
Organized. Religious tracking of activities within Salesforce.com will absolutely be required.
Team Player. We are a growing company and you will be excited to come along for the ride.
Fun. Cultural fit is hugely important to us. You must be able to to take a joke, and hopefully make some of your own!
