Customer Engagement Manager

RentJuice, a well-funded San Francisco-based provider of online software for real estate professionals, is rapidly expanding and looking for a Customer Engagement Manager. Basic responsibilities will include developing community engagement programs, producing webinars, newsletters, and other engaging content, and assisting the operations team in supporting our customers and representing their needs to internal teams.

Because our customer base is growing rapidly, this position offers significant room to grow; the ideal candidate will be excited to run and develop new programs largely on their own. At the same time, the complexity of the industry and nature of a start up will require patience and an eagerness to learn.

Though not required, experience working directly with customers and internal product, sales, or marketing teams is desired. Any real estate experience, especially as a broker, is highly sought.

Who you are:
Bachelors degree
1-3 years of work experience
Real estate and/or software support experience highly sought
Experience with Assistly, Salesforce.com, and Google Apps, a plus

Fast Learner. Our product and industry can be complex and change every day, developing a deep understanding of both will be critical to your success.

Strong Communicator. You will represent us in everything from one-on-one emails to newsletters and customer workshops; you must command a confident and engaging presence through email, phone, and video.

Enthusiastic. As with any start-up, it’s vital for you to not only be able to conduct yourself in a fast-paced, energetic environment, but also handle all customers with a positive attitude.

Organized. We have a large customer base and it’s rapidly growing every day. We need a community manager who is also adept at managing their own projects and deadlines.

Team Player. We are a growing company and you will be excited to come along for the ride. While your core responsibilities will include engaging customers with RentJuice, you will sometimes wear many different Customer Operations hats.

Resourceful. We’re not going to micromanage you so we’ll need you to possess initiative and drive in order to achieve your goals.

Fun. We are a close knit group who believes in a work hard, play hard environment . You may find yourself playing keep away from our office dog Summer or taking on our CEO in ping pong.
