Immowelt Holdings partners with major Austrian real estate group

Immowelt Holdings AG, which owns and operates the Austrian property portal Immowelt.at, has announced a partnership with the Austrian Association for Real Estate Management, ÖVI (Österreichischer Verband der Immobilienwirtschaft, or ) to promote its services to the organisation's members.

In a German press statement, Immowelt AG, which is based in Nürnberg and runs other leading property portals immowelt.de and immowelt.ch, said it had partnered with ÖVI,  the country’s largest voluntary, independent organisation for real estate practitioners, in a bid to promote its management software for real estate firms.

The company said the partnership will allow it to be present at all ÖVI events where it will  advertise its solutions for real estate professionals to the organisation's 500-strong membership base.

"We are looking forward to a successful cooperation with Immowelt," said ÖVI Managing Director Anton Holzapfel. Adding that immowelt.at had established itself as a firm leader in Austrian property marketing over the past 8 years.

Carsten Schlabritz, CEO of Immowelt AG, said the partnership was an important move for the company as it assisted them to further understand the Austrian business climate.

"Austria is an important market for us, and in order to understand the specifics of this market, strong partnerships are needed," Schlabritz said. "With OVI, what we've really got a partnership between two professional companies."
