A key player in all French real estate projects, SeLoger, has recently partnered up with the world leader in virtual reality (VR), Matterport. The two companies have integrated VR into the Partners Club, which offers insurance for all real estate professionals looking to benefit from the capabilities of this technology at "exclusively negotiated rates".
The Partner Club was launched at the tail-end of 2017 and offers particular benefits for its ten or so registered partners. They gain access to some of the most high-quality services provided by the firm, including photos, videos, diagnostics, home staging, and now 3D virtual reality tours.
Digitalization is now part of everyone's daily life, attitudes are changing, codes are jostling and SeLoger users (sellers and buyers) are becoming more and more demanding. In fact, 85% of future buyers seek to visit their property online before moving.
Based on this observation, SeLoger and Matterport have chosen to be the first to offer real estate professionals an unprecedented and innovative highlighting of their properties with the 3D virtual tour.

According to their reports, ads enriched with virtual visits generate 3 to 5 times more contacts than other ads. SeLoger and Matterport will deploy a training program of several webinars to facilitate the appropriation of this new technology next month.
