The proptech has financed thirteen real estate projects to date in the capital of the Valencian Community, with an investment volume of 7.3 million euros through 7,600 users.
Housers plans to move up to ten million euros this year in real estate projects in Valencia. The estimation of the proptech involves financing forty projects in the city, after having developed thirteen projects through its crowdfunding platform since it started its activity in Valencia in 2015.
To date, Housers has closed the participative financing for thirteen real estate projects in the capital of Turia, which has meant the provision of 7.3 million euros for the construction, purchase or reform of 98 properties.
In total, 7,600 small investors have participated in projects of the proptech in Valencia. One of the last operations of Housers in the Valencian capital was a project with the local developer Construbeker to start the development of a residential building with fourteen houses in the neighborhood of Albors. This promotion involved 805 investors who, in seven days, deposited 900,000 euros to start the project.
