Alfa Inmobiliaria continues its international expansion with the granting of a Master Franchise for Colombia and Peru.
Through this agreement, the firm expands its presence in the Latin American market, where it already has 95 offices, mainly with the Mexican Master Franchise, a country in which it has 90 offices, and also in Costa Rica (1) Paraguay (1 ), France (1) and Argentina (1) and Ecuador (1). The company is finalizing the closing of the agreement to join the Colombian and Peruvian markets, thus reinforcing the axis of the Latam.
These markets would be operational in the first months of 2018. The company that will manage the expansion of Alfa Real Estate in both countries is owned by an entrepreneur with experience in the real estate sector (current Master Franchisee in Ecuador), which starts this expansion with the objective to put into operation a minimum of ten delegations during the first year and a half of activity.
The new company initiates this expansion in order to take advantage of three local markets in full expansion, and take advantage of the knowledge of the brand internationally. "One of the objectives of Alfa Inmobiliaria during this year 2017, said Jesús Duque, Vice President of the network, is to reach new markets and expand business opportunities as a complement to the activity of the Spanish market”.
Currently, Alfa Real Estate operates in Spain Through more than 134 franchised agencies, it has about 20 years of activity in the sector and is structured as an Integral Real Estate Services Corporation that offers its clients a total guarantee on transactions.
