New ‘Moments of Trulia’ Commercial Touches Viewers on Emotional Level

Trulia has released its latest TV commercial, “Moments of Trulia.” The new advertisement, which shows a couple’s journey to find a home to call their own.

The San Francisco-based property portal recognises that the home-buying process can be challenging and full of unknowns: the condition of the house, the property’s location and overall neighbourhood, the funding and so much more.

On this emotionally laden property searching roller coaster, Trulia would like to think of itself as the consumer’s ally, helping them line up the facts so that they can reach an educated decision which leads to that rewarding moment when a family declares “this is the one.” Trulia has dubbed this moment the Moment of Trulia.

The new advert can be seen on Trulia.com and YouTube, but it will be officially launched Monday the 17th of March on TV, radio, mobile, online, and in outdoor ads form as well.

Featuring a couple searching for a home with Trulia’s mobile apps on a mobile phone and a tablet, the commercial was filmed in a variety of settings, in a documentary sort of look and feel, allowing for the viewer to engage emotionally with the house hunting couple, maybe even relating to their story, a bit like Zillow did with its commercial “Zillow: Long Distance (Returning Soldier Commercial)” a few months back.
