Today a terrible and senseless act of terror took place in Boston, Massachusetts. According to news reports, at least three people have been killed and over a 100 others have been injured by two explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
Blasts ripped through the crowd, about two hours after the men’s winner had crossed the line, where cheering spectators lined the streets. More than 17,000 competitors had already completed the marathon, and thousands were still back along the course.
As law enforcement continues to update the public with the latest developments related to the deadly blasts, many people are wondering what they can do to help.
