Launches ‘Best in WA’ Campaign

The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia has launched a new consumer marketing campaign to inspire Western Australian property searchers with home improvement ideas.

Best in WA is a new and permanent platform on showcasing the best property features WA has to offer. Property features are nominated exclusively by REIWA’s member agents from their listings on

In the new Best in WA area, is now showcasing the best kitchen, alfresco, bathroom, renovation, garden and pool areas in WA.

Backed by a six week campaign spanning TV, outdoor, online, social media and member engagement, is asking visitors to vote for their favourites for their chance to win great prizes.

“Research has shown people like to be inspired by browsing through homes for sale or rent on the internet,” says Executive Manager of, Charlie Gunningham.

“Best in WA has been designed to do exactly that: inspire visitors by allowing them to have a stickybeak at property.

“In fact, that’s often why people like visiting property web sites – to inspire, to dream, to imagine. Well, now you can. In fact I can get quite lost browsing through the gorgeous pools, alfresco areas and kitchens that are on show!” he said.

The website is an industry-based portal which lists properties for sale or rent as well as new homes and developments across WA. Traffic has risen to over a million visits and 12 million page views each month.

It also provides consumer information and a broad range of industry data and suburb analysis not found on other sites. successfully trades on its home-grown status, local knowledge and access to real-time data.
