For 2013, iProperty.com Singapore and Ascendant Assets Pte Ltd will be rolling out numerous initiatives that are mainly targeted at helping consumers better understand the Singapore property market as well as to make better buying decisions. One of the key initiatives is to provide iProperty.com Singapore regular property related write-ups and commentaries. Apart from that, iProperty.com Singapore will also be working with Ascendant Assets Pte Ltd to roll out a property consumer profiling tool as well as property investment reports. In addition, Ascendant Assets Pte Ltd and iProperty.com Singapore will be jointly developing a property course for consumers under the iProperty.com’s recently launched consumer loyalty programme branded as iBonus. These initiatives will be rolled out from March 2013 onwards.
