Fairfax Media has announced that it will adopt the brand Commercial Real Estate for all its commercial property media assets, across both print and digital media.
Commercial Real Estate is to be part of the Financial Review Group but it is going to operate across both The Australian Financial Review as well as BusinessDay in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age.
“In the coming months, we will deliver a single sales point of contact and seamless integration of our products and services across the Fairfax portfolio,” said Brett Clegg, Financial Review Group CEO and publisher.
In the past year, the company has been taking feedback from its advertising partners about how to best meet their needs. “We have now responded with this emphatic and transformative move, which is a major development for Fairfax and the commercial real estate industry,” said Clegg.
Fairfax has said that the move should deliver better integrated advertising packages under the new brand. A senior executive will soon be assigned to lead Commercial Real Estate.
