Condo.com and Houses.com Partner with Property Portal Feeder

eReal Estate Holdings (ERH), operator of real estate portals Condo.com, Houses.com, and Property.com, has announced a partnership with Property Portal Feeder, the leading worldwide property syndication service.

The partnership benefits global brokerages, property developers and real estate agents who use Property Portal Feeder to distribute their listing inventory. Agents using the service will now be able to promote their listings on ERH’s global real estate portals - Condo.com, Houses.com and Property.com – which collectively generated over 200,000 qualified leads in 2012.

Subscribers to Property Portal Feeder who are located in the United States can include their property feed on the ERH portals free of charge. International subscribers pay a small monthly fee based on the number of listings in their feed.

Property Portal Feeder’s platform allows for the easy submission of property feeds to over 100 portals while maximizing listing quality and retaining as much information as possible throughout the process. “The ability to easily and efficiently syndicate properties makes them available to a larger audience and helps to generate additional qualified leads,” according to Stuart Sermon – Property Portal Feeder’s Managing Director.

“We are constantly seeking new opportunities to provide agents with more exposure and leads on our sites. Our partnership with Property Portal Feeder further aligns us with that goal,” stated Richard Swerdlow – CEO of ERH. “The partnership also allows us to increase our property offerings to include the broadest selection of real estate around the world, a clear benefit to our growing user base”, he added.
