Propertyfinder.ae one of the UAE’s top property portals, with a focus on joining property seekers with agents and brokers in both English and Arabic, announced on its blog that its Q3 has been quite illustrious.

The company boasted about its successful banner advert on Sheikh Zayed Road during the month of September, which received a lot of notice and caused for a huge surge in web traffic while it was up. The portal promises to follow it up with an equally attention grabbing marketing campaign very soon.

Propertyfinder.ae claims its website experienced an increase of 20% visits, quarter-on-quarter and up by more than 100% year-on-year, but not one to sit on its laurels, the company said “we’re determined to keep breaking our own records.”

Their official Quarter 3 report revealed some interesting market trends as well, i.e.: there has been a big rise in interest in AED 10 million plus properties from buyers in 2012 compared to the same period last year – a strong indicator of industry recovery.

The results of the company’s recently published Quarter 3 report show that year-on-year searches in the AED 10,000,000 price band have jumped from fifth to third place in terms of popularity, with a gain of nearly five percentage points.

During the week of Cityscape Global in Dubai, where propertyfinder.ae had an exhibitor stand, the company held a special broker networking event at The Ivy restaurant, which was a great success and according to the company, one of the best attended events they hosted. The evening also became a celebration of real estate professionals who have excelled in the industry, by Propertyfinder.ae recognising the brokers and awarding them with trophies.
