Propertyfinder.ae, one of the UAE’s top property portals, has announced that it has launched a high tech new mobile version of its website which should make finding a new property easy even when on-the-go.
As with the full version, the high tech mobile version allows users to search by community, bedrooms, price and much more. It is available on iPhone, BlackBerry as well as Android, and the technology has been carefully adapted to suit each type of screen or functionality.
Property seekers and brokers can also use the ‘market price live’ facility on their mobile device – a useful tool when doing evaluations or negotiating when out and about.
“We are delighted that now people can get even more access to the 50,000 properties from 250 real estate companies registered with our site by using their mobile device,” said Renan Bourdeau, managing director propertyfinder.ae.
“They can contact a broker by phone or email on the run and need never miss out on a great property because they saw it too late. We have worked hard to ensure all the great propertyfinder.ae features people have become accustomed to are accessible on mobile too.”
The mobile version of propertyfinder.ae will be available in Arabic and English and will include a mortgage calculator, commercial properties ‘to buy’ and ‘to rent’ and will cover all of the UAE.
