Propertyfinder.ae’s has just released its first ever Customer Happiness Survey. The questionnaire has gone out to all Propertyfinder consumers, along with a live link on the company’s homepage to encourage as many individuals as possible to participate in the feedback.
The property portal said that they are looking to find out, which communities are home to the happiest residents, and which to the unhappiest. They are also interested to find out why they are either.
Recognising that many factors can influence people’s feelings about the community they live in, the company is eager to find out what makes people proud of their neighbourhood, or not. Some of the contributing factors which sway people’s opinions about a neighbourhood are: road access, proximity to beaches, noisy neighbours and building facilities.
Propertyfinder hopes that the accumulated data drawn from its visitors’ feedback on local communities will help spread the word to ensure neighbourhoods becomes happy places.
