On the heels of needaproperty.com extended its partnership with The Daily Express, the property portal, has just released information about its significant rise in traffic and enquiries sent to agents over the last three months.
Visits to needaproperty.com are up by 30% in July, August and September 2012 compared with the previous quarter and the number of leads sent to agents has increased by 76% during this period.
The property portal was launched in June of this year as a low cost alternative for estate agents across the UK. Since its launch, needaproperty.com has signed up an ever increasing number of estate agents including Life Residential, Galliard Homes and Foxtons and now works with over 3,000 agents nationwide.
Scott Green, Founder and CEO of needaproperty.com commented: “We are delighted with the success of the portal since the launch and we have had very positive feedback from estate agents nationwide, many of whom are looking for a more cost-effective return on their investment. In this difficult economic climate we are delighted to be able to offer a comprehensive alternative at a fraction on the cost of our competitors. This has been well received within the industry”.
“We are very encouraged by the rise in traffic and our new advertising campaign featuring ads on LBC radio, TalkSPORT and various other nationwide radio stations this month, is boosting traffic further.”
Jonathan Werth, Director and Co-Founder of Life Residential said: “needaproperty.com could not have launched at a better time for agents. For some time we have been looking for ways to streamline our marketing costs and needaproperty.com gives us quality leads that has resulted in additional business for us and our company. We have been working with needaproperty.com since its launch and we are delighted with the results so far.”
