Napa-based ListedBy announced the launch of the company’s first re-marketing advertising campaign, ‘Buy & Sell Real Estate With a Click.’
The online campaign aims to maintain ListedBy top of mind with recent visitors, and focusses on communicating the brand’s primary benefit of accelerating real estate buying and selling. The drive aims to promote return visits and, consequently, conversion to members.
“By allowing professionals to conduct and finalize price negotiations with a click of the mouse, we’re eliminating the time and effort traditionally wasted in tracking the actual listing agent, phone tags, email, frustrations and other delays,” said Stephan Piscano, ListedBy founder and chief executive officer. “ListedBy is technically about optimizing real estate agent and investor productivity, efficiency and potential. That’s exactly what the campaign aims to convey.”
ListedBy will initially surface the ads nearly 200,000 times each month, eventually increasing the weight to 500,000 exposures every 30 day period, for the remainder of 2012 and into Q1, 2013. The ads, delivered through a number of online ad networks, will specifically target departing, non-subscribing visitors to ListedBy.com. The company will market test the campaign to fine-tune the advertising and optimize return on investment.
