A new Facebook app, Mondinion.com Property Listing, with the ability of posting properties directly from the social network, has been launched by Hungarian international real estate property portal Mondinion.com.
Recognising that the ease of information sharing is critical in today’s on-the-go age, Mondinion’s goal when developing its new app, was to make it easier for agents and developers to distribute their valuable information to the public.
Zoltan A. Baranyai, Mondinion.com Founder said that, the company is focusing a great deal on its social media presence, and that its plan is to funnel even more traffic via its recently launched Facebook application.
Baranyai said, “We are also getting a significant amount of traffic from Bing and Yahoo, we practically hold the top three positions among hundreds of location names + ‘property listings’ or ‘real estate listings’ related terms.”
The Mondinion.com Property Listing app is free of charge to Mondinion.com members, when they login to their account on the Mondinion site. By filling in the required information on the listing form, the agent’s listing will be automatically syndicated to all the company’s partner sites, including Facebook, as well as Kugli.com. OLX, Trovit, Mitula among others.
Baranyai said that since the launch of their app in August, Mondinion has received positive and very promising feedback; “agents and developers are contacting us every day to tell us how happy they are with this new feature.”
During the summer season, Mondinion.com visitors were mainly looking for France Real Estate, Italy Real Estate, Spain Real Estate and Cyprus Real Estate.
Mondinion.com currently claims to have more than 110,000 property listings (for sale and for rent) from around the globe.
Mondinion.com also operates regional real estate portals: RealEstatePropertyListings.eu (targeting Europe), AU-R.com (Australia), PropertiesInSouthAmerica.com, PropertiesInMiddleEast.com.
Both Property Owners and Real Estate Agents can list their real estate for sale and real estate for rent ads for free.
In March of this year, Mondinion.com acquired IntListings.com luxury real estate portal, a well known luxury home portal, in operation since 2001.
Under the new ownership and management, IntListings.com continues to operate as a standalone luxury real estate portal, promoting high end properties from all over the world, including mansions, luxury villas, islands, castles, etc.
