Zoopla.co.uk, one of the Top 10 UK Property Portals, is reporting all-time record levels of visits to its website along with record levels of enquiries to its members so far in August with the increase in activity gaining significant momentum post-Olympics.
Visits to Zoopa.co.uk over the first three weeks of August are up 45% on last year, with over 3.5 million visits last week alone. And the number of leads being sent by Zoopla.co.uk to agents and developers across the UK has set multiple new records over the past two weeks with almost 250,000 enquiries over the past seven days. Mobile activity has also increased significantly to new record levels with mobile traffic to Zoopla.co.uk up 200% year-on-year.
Following the recent merger, Zoopla is in the latter stages of its integration with Digital Property Group, which is expected to be completed by the end of September. The merged business, which will operate Zoopla.co.uk, PrimeLocation.com and FindaProperty.com, will boast impressive audience figures having recorded over 25 million visits in July and unrivalled enquiry levels having delivered almost 2 million leads in July.
