Though the southern hemisphere is in full winter, the month of July has been very ‘hot’ for one of the Top 10 Australian property portals, Reiwa.com, which has reached 10.5 million page views, according to the latest report from global marketing and advertising research company Nielsen.
Along with the the record-breaking number of page views, there has also been a significant surge of users to the Reiwa.com site; with 341,152 unique browsers in July alone, up by 11% from June.
The site has also amassed 936,194 visits and 846,558 recorded sessions, figures that are higher than last June’s numbers by 15% and 19%, respectively. These statistics have set records for the most page views, unique browsers, visits, and sessions that Reiwa.com has experienced since its launch on the Internet.
Reiwa.com has also enjoyed 6% growth in average daily unique browsers in West Australia, an increase that is approximately three times larger than those incurred by rival real estate Perth property websites. West Australia sessions for Reiwa.com, on the other hand, grew by 9%, another figure that bypasses the growth of other competing websites.
REIWA Deputy President Ian Cornell asserts that these numbers demonstrate the growing popularity of Reiwa.com among online users and consequently serve as a reflection of the efficacy of the company’s marketing tools as well as their quality of service.
Cornell reasons that REIWA agents are trained professionals who are encouraged to regularly update their education with courses designed to ensure high quality of service. This commitment to property buyers, Cornell states, is reflected in the company’s public advocacy, which aims to inform and educate the West Australian community about their rights and responsibilities when buying, selling or leasing property so that members of the public can make more informed decisions when engaging in property transactions.
“REIWA is also a not-for-profit organisation, and all monies raised through membership fees and the purchase of services and resources are used to help the Institute grow for the benefit of the members who own it,” Cornell adds
