NeedAProperty.com was launched in July of this year, and it declared itself as the newest property portal in the UK. The website was designed to provide a viable and cost effective alternative to the established competitors in the market.
Now the company has rolled out its iPhone app, offering over 300,000 ‘for sale’ and ‘for rent’ UK properties to browse through, as well as its international listings.
Needaproperty also has a sister site EastWest Property Listing Company which showcases UK homes in to potential property investors in China, bringing the East and West together.
The NeedAProperty.com iPhone app reflects the clutter-free design and layout of its parent website. Users can search for properties specifying location, search radius, number of bedrooms, minimum and maximum price range.
Searches can be saved for a later date, and recent searches can be brought back up for further examination.
Once a property is selected, the agent associated with the listing can be contacted directly via the app, or a request for further details can be emailed from the app as well.
The app was created by Hello24 Ltd, it is free of charge, and it is only available in English at this time, no news of the app being developed in Mandarin for its Chinese clients.
