The NZZ Media Group (Neue Zürcher Zeitung) has announced that they have signed an agreement with the Swiss real estate property portal Immoscout24. The joint collaboration will allow for a new real estate portal platform to be jointly developed.
With this partnership, ImmoScout24 is due to further solidify its position as a viable source for property listings and real estate information (Scout24 advertises real estate, vehicles, jobs, personal ads and small classifieds) in the Zurich area, as well as the Eastern and Central Switzerland via the the NZZ media group. The two companies believe that the result of this collaboration will be the common market leadership in the regions in question.
The companies stated that NZZ will bring into the partnership its brand and information portals, NZZ.ch tagblatt.ch luzernerzeitung.ch, and it will also co-brand with Immoscout. The online portal Scout Group will publish its sales offers and rental objects on platforms NZZ Group.
The benefit for the users is that, their listings will be simultaneously published on multiple platforms, therefore significantly increasing the exposure of their postings and and reaching more potential buyers.
According to the marketing research group TNS Infratest, Scout24 Switzerland, is the most recognised online portal in its league.
