HotPads, one of the Top 20 US Property Portals, has just launched, HotPads Listing Creator, a first of its kind mobile app, allowing housing professionals to create and activate listings directly from their phones while on-the-go.
Housing professionals (ie: property managers, real estate agents, brokers, and anyone simply trying to rent or sell a place) can now use their phones to take and upload photos along with other property details while on site rather than going back to the office. HotPads then activates the listing on its website and syndication network.
The app allows users to even send the listing to Craigslist. After listings are created, the HotPads Listing Creator app enables users to track and manage their leads.
The company explained that it understands that creating and managing online rental and real-state listings can be time consuming, and it is in an effort to save its users time, that they created a faster and more reliable way to make listings and manage incoming leads, from anywhere.
With the GPS on the smartphone turned on, the app will automatically detect the address of property, giving the user the option to edit the address. Further details like, bedroom and pricing, can then be added. Users don’t have to post the listing immediately, they can always save a draft for later publishing and update the listing after it has already been activated.
To help manage leads, the app will alert the user the moment a new lead comes in, enabling them to monitor all interactions and respond instantly. Since they can contact prospects directly from the app, chances are that they will always be the first to respond.
HotPads says that real estate professionals should think of this as their all-in-one, free, property management dashboard.
Currently the HotPads Listing Creator app is free to use and it can be downloaded here. Currently only for Android phones.
