Ireland’s Daft.ie, one of the World’s Dominant Property Portals, has just released its first TV commercial, which will be aired across RTÉ, TV3, Setanta and the Sky Media channels.
The focus of the new ad is, the different stages of life which people go through, and the fact that Daft.ie is there to help them make the right decision when choosing a new place to live.
The company felt that, it’s these moments of transition and change that are such significant life experiences, and it is in these exact moments that Daft.ie is proudest to be able to help its users on their journeys.
Joseph von Meding directed, and the team from Tiny Ark produced the ad, which was filmed over a weekend, across multiple locations.
When it came to the music used in the commercial, Daft.ie hired a local artist to compose the soundtrack, so local as a matter of fact, that she is actually a Daft.ie employee. Maria Clark has been with the Daft.ie team for over a year, but outside the office she is also a talented singer/songwriter and the leader of a band, Canci Song, who performed Maria’s song “I Live Here” for the commercial.
