Cloud property management software company Buildium, LLC announced a syndication agreement with Trulia® and HotPads®.
“The vast majority of potential renters do their research online, so this partnership is a natural extension of Buildium,” said Michael Monteiro, co-founder and co-CEO of Buildium. “Our customers will have two new outlets for their rental listings, and we have the opportunity to work directly with these leading online rental sites.”
Founded in 2004, today more than 5,000 customers use Buildium’s online property management software to manage nearly half a million units in 31 countries around the world.
The agreement between the companies will enable Buildium’s users to benefit from the enormous reach and market credibility that Trulia and HotPads command.
Listings and changes are automatically syndicated unless customers choose to opt out.
