Cloud or self-serve? That is a topic for another time. We will look at the top 5 cloud based applications out there.

SageCRM

Are the above mentioned, the best? That depends on what you would call the best features; there are of course open-source applications not to mention the self-serve applications that are not cloud hosted. Having said that, the trend is software as a service, and among those, these tend to standout.

Whilst it is true these are good CRM options – they are also extreamly complex and require a long learning curves….

You could always look at our est8pro.com options…for a simple to use CRM solution
