MagicBricks.com and TimesProperty have got together to jointly launch a Virtual Property Fair! The companies feel that this event is an excellent example of leveraging group strengths through synergised actions – in this case, Times Response has played the sales role and MagicBricks will be playing the product/marketing role for the event. MagicBricks will be powering this event by hosting it on their site and driving response to participating clients; the Times Response teams have sold the event and have brought excellent clients into it.

MagicBricks has already executed two Virtual fairs under the India Calling brand, created for Virtual Fairs. The current event is being marketed as a Times Property Virtual Expo powered by Magicbricks.com.

The event is different from the previous ones, as it is aimed at both the Domestic as well as NRI audience. It will be promoted online including on the MagicBricks website, via print across group media, display ads and TV spots on the international feeds of TimesNow.

There is a heavy media plan to ensure that the event receives high traffic and response; both companies are expecting a traffic exceeding 2Lac Visitors over the next 3 weeks.

The event features 70+ clients showcasing 100+ Projects spread across 8 cities of the country. It’s a sell-out event at the sponsor level – 5 Platinum sponsors!

The event runs for 3 weeks – from the 27th of July to the 20th August.

MagicBricks is also hosting a property show for potential property buyers living in Singapore but looking to purchase a home in the city of Pune, India. The MagicBricks.com Pune Property Show in Singapore is this weekend, July 28 and 29 at Max Atriya, Singapore Expo.

16 developers from India will feature a plethora of projects in different price and product ranges at the comprehensive property fair hosted by MagicBricks this coming weekend.

According to the company’s data, about 10 percent of global enquiries about Indian property originate from Singapore. Many Indians have moved to Singapore for work in the past few years, but some have failed to jump into the island state’s booming property market, as the local government has imposed taxes to deter foreign buyers. So now, thousands of Indians are taking advantage of the drop in the rupee and they are seeking to buy property back home. Some are buying for rental investments, homes to leave behind to family members or to procure a property for their retirement. 25,000 visitors search for property across India every month on MagicBricks.com, and of this, a large number seek property in Pune.

According to MagicBricks, the biggest segment at the Singapore Property Fair is the residential segment where a host of options including villas, plots, bungalows, 2 and 3 BHK apartments are available. A good number of 2-6 BHK apartments will also be on display.
