Commonfloor.com, one of India’s leading online portals, which combines property search with apartment management software, has appointed Ramathreya Krishnamurthi as its new President, Business Operations.
In his new role, Krishnamurthi will lead business operations at CommonFloor, drive market leadership, promote business growth and profitability, as well as contribute to strategic development and management of overall business.
Krishnamurthi came to CommonFloor from magicbricks.com, where he held the position of Business Head. In a career spanning 12 years, Krishnamurthi has worked for leading companies in the IT, Financial Advisory,Renewables and Internet space like Wipro, Aviva, Suzlon and Times Group (magicbricks.com).

Ramathreya Krishnamurthi has a BE in Computer Science and Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Queen’s University.
