HDFC RED (Real Estate Destination), an online information hub for India’s residential realty buyers, launched in March of this year, announced its foray into listing of developer properties in Thrissur, Kerala.

The Thrissur section on the website was launched at an event held in Hotel Joys Palace at T.B. Road. The site lists more than 150 property types across over 35 unique projects and 15 developers in Thrissur. These properties ranging from Rs 12 lac to nearly Rs 1.2 crore, are spread across East Fort, Guruvayoor, Punkunnam, Koorkenchery, Viyur, Swaraj Round and other areas in the city.

Overall, the website showcases more than 8,000 property types spread across over 2,000 unique projects and over 950 developers; listed in Agra, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Meerut, Mumbai, Nashik, Pune & Vadodara.
