Faceroom.co.uk displays images of people looking for rooms to rent or people offering places to rent or stay, in the form of, a flatshare or flatmates.
The free service provides a more personal way to find the ‘perfect’ person for the spare room, flat or living space users may have available. The site can be used for either shortstay accommodation or long term rentals.
Faceroom’s smart search engine allows users to conduct two different searches; they can either look for the best type of accommodation that matches their preferences and see the profile of those already interested, or they can form a group with other compatible room seekers, and together look for the property in a chosen area and budget range.
The website is available in five different languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian) and sends out regular e-mails from potential people interested in either renting a room out, or people looking to make the user into a potential tenant.
The site currently covers only the London area, but the company hopes to expand into other major cities very soon.
