Online rental platform RentJuice, has launched a new ad metrics tool, enabling real estate offices, brokers and agents to compare marketing metrics across their rental offices.

The company states that the new Ad Dashboard marketing metrics tools allows its users to evaluate production data broken out across key metrics so to better understand the value of ad-related strategies and marketing channels like Craigslist and RentJuice ad syndication.

RentJuice promises that their tool will be able to analyze and compare marketing efforts.

  1. Users are aware of what’s going on in the office.
  2. Day-by-day monitoring of how many ads were posted, leads were generated, and deals were closed.
  3. Compare current progress against previous historical data.
  4. Contrast records of the current week, previous week, current month, and previous month.

In the Ad Dashboard, RentJuice uses a program called Radar, which informs the user on how their advertising is performing compared to other rental offices. How many views agents are generating and which properties have the most views and leads.

The RentJuice Ad Dashboard enables users to monitor and control their entire rental portfolio from one screen, making this a useful and timesaving tool.

RentJuice provides rental relationship management software for landlords, property managers and rental brokers to help them market their inventory to renters and manage client relationships. RentJuice currently serves more than one million rental units and its rental listings are syndicated to numerous websites.

Zillow purchased San Francisco based RentJuice for approximately $40m in cash this month.
