Zillow‘s Real Estate App has been awarded a Webby Award for “Best Mobile App, Utilities & Services.” The Webby is an international award presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences for excellence on the internet (categories include: websites, interactive advertising, online film and video, and mobile).
The Webby Award is one of the oldest and more well-known internet-oriented awards, and it has referred to as “The Oscars of the Internet.”
This is the first Webby win for Zillow Mobile, and Zillow’s fifth Webby overall. Zillow’s winning streak began in 2008, when they earned their first Real Estate Award. In 2010, Zillow won the People’s Voice Award for Real Estate. Last year, Zillow swept the real estate category,winning both the Real Estate Award as well as the People’s Voice Award for Real Estate.
