Trovit, one of the leading search engine for classifieds in Europe and Latin America was in the news back in March for having spread its wings into five new markets (making it 38 countries they’re now in), the company is once again being talked about, only this time it’s because Trovit has been picked as one of the best places to work in Spain.
This week, Great Place to Work® Institute published their list of the 50 best workplaces in Spain, Trovit once again made the list!
Anonymous employee surveys were conducted at some 250 companies throughout Spain; the feedback was meticulously analised and evaluated to then deduce the top 50 greatest work environments in Spain.
These ‘best companies’ have been responsible for the creation of over 4,937 new jobs during 2011 and have achieved a growth of over 3%. Among the companies picked for the award are: IKEA Ibérica, Microsoft, Vodafone España, PHILIPS and 3M España.

Trovit celebrated their appearance on the list with a fun gift for all their employees… a personalised cupcake, proving to be a great hit among those who received the delicious celebratory treat.
