As the weather warms in the northern hemisphere, so begin to awakened from a long winter’s slumber plans of travel and touristic discoveries. Feeling the pulse of the travel bug, Trovit has just launched their holiday rentals vertical in three new countries: Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States, making vacation rental search available in six countries now (Spain, France and Italy launched a few months ago).
The company has tailored their search engine to a short-term rental seeker’s needs: allowing the user to search for available rentals by specifying an arrival date and departure date, by the number of guests in the travel party, and filter by amenities such as air conditioning, swimming pool, wi-fi, wheelchair access and the like, all the way up to 25 different amenities!
They have even given a bit of a personal touch… “We asked each country’s team members to recommend a destination”:
“I’d go to Bodensee, a lovely lake with crystal-clear water, close to the mountains and with easy access to Austria and Switzerland. There’s a flower island, and James Bond once did a stunt on the lake!” – Marisa Sigg, Trovit Germany, Switzerland and Austria
“I’d visit Berlin. It hosts lots of alternative culture and art, it’s full of young people from all over the world and it’s cheap, with a vibrant nightlife! I’d say Berlin is the German city that never sleeps.” – Sandra Saur, Trovit Germany, Switzerland and Austria
“Snowdonia National Park in Wales is a must. It’s one of the most beautiful areas in the country, and you can drive for hours without seeing anyone! If it rains hard, you can see the water bouncing off the mountains in a very dramatic way, and if it’s not raining it’s great for walking and climbing.” – Sançar Sahin, Trovit UK
As is possible in the Trovit Homes vertical, users can view holiday rentals on a map, with photos or as a list, and they can also set up email or RSS alerts to receive new rentals as they become available.
Trovit.com is one of the leading classified ads search engines focusing on properties, jobs, cars and products in Europe and Latin America. The company aims to bring visitors classified ads from across the web in one, easy-to-use website, saving its users time by doing all the searching for them. Trovit will send alerts to its users when a new ad comes up which might interest them.
