The international classifieds search engine mitula.com, present in 31 countries around the world, has announced that they have surpassed 100,000,000 homes, cars and jobs classifieds on their site.
In just a few months Mitula has managed to go from 50 to 100 million classified ads; doubling the number they achieved over the past four years in just 9 months (since August 2011).
Mitula is proud of its outstanding achievement but they don’t wish to rest on their laurels, the company believes that they still have a long way to go. “We want to be the gold standard in the search of houses, cars and jobs in each country we are currently in.”
The company has stated that three key points have helped them reach the 100 million searches.
1. The 15 million monthly unique visitors looking for homes, cars and jobs on Mitula. Each search from these users helps Mitula get closer to its goal of becoming one of the top search engines for classified ads in the world.
2. Over 3000 partners, who trust in Mitula and send their classified listings, featuring property, vehicles and employment, making these available to the users who are in search of a home, car and job.
3. The Mitula team, whose tireless day-to-day efforts make it possible for users to find that what they are looking for (home, car and work) quickly and easily.
Mitula was launched in January 2008, following a five-year process of design, incubation and development. It was conceived to offer alternatives to standardised listing and positioning in search engines, and also as an alternative resource to the way users access relevant information in portals and the latter mine their visitors.
