Zillow announced the renewal of the partnership with its long-time partner Yahoo!, which creates the Yahoo!-Zillow® Real Estate Network, one of the largest real estate networks on the Web.

The alliance has been extended until 2014. An exclusive advertising agreement has been approved by both parties, indicating that Zillow will provide for-sale listings to Yahoo! Real Estate and will sell ads featuring real estate brokers and agents that appear on both websites.

Since the partnership was set into place back in February 2011, the Yahoo!-Zillow Real Estate Network has enabled real estate agents and brokers to buy local advertisements on both sites with just one phone transaction.

The Yahoo!-Zillow Real Estate network allows advertisers to reach a vast amount of  internet users because of their combined markets and databases, and thus making the two sites the most visited real estate listings portals on the internet, ranking the network as the No. 1 or 2 real estate brand in most all of the top 20 local markets in the US.
