Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS) is about to hold a one-day conference where the transformations in the US housing market will addressed.
The event, THINK RELEVANCE, is to take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, and it will bring together an unlikely mix: economists with HGTV executives, Grammy-award winning musicians with technology experts, as well as plenty of area REALTORS®.
THINK RELEVANCE takes inspiration from the TED conferences, during which the world’s leading thinkers and doers gather once a year to discuss thought provoking topics.
The MRIS Leadership Series was established, to address an increasing need for awareness around the continued generational, technological and cultural changes that have transformed how the real estate industry functions and serves its customers.
This is the first time the event is to be held, and t is a nod to the trend of real-time data and flow of digital information that is transforming the real estate industry, included are presentations on managing teams of rock stars, “borrowing” brand equity for new media initiatives, stories to personal renewal, discussions about organisational leadership and David Charron, MRIS President & CEO’s keynote speech called “Mission Possible: The Road to Creating Shareholder Evangelism.”
