Zillow has made it possible to sync saved searches and favourite homes from whichever device you are using to access their site – tablet, smartphone or computer – and receive instant listing notifications across all platforms, creating a personalised and seamlessly integrated home shopping experience.
With this integration, home shoppers can now:
- Save a search on any device – once a home shopper has set their search criteria via typing or drawing their own search, that search can be saved, renamed, and accessed from any device – tablet, smartphone, or desktop – at anytime, anywhere.
- Save once, update everywhere – saved searches, favorite homes, and instant notifications will seamlessly sync across all Zillow platforms so home shoppers only have to add, delete or change something one time.
- Receive instant on-screen notifications and daily emails – from new listings and price changes, to status updates and open houses, when Zillow has new data that matches a home shopper’s saved search, we’ll get it out immediately, whichever device is being used.
In order to start syncing, Zillow users need to set up a home search once and save it. Sign in to their Zillow account to sync their saved searches and favourite homes between Zillow.com and their device. Begin the house hunting on a computer and pick-up exactly where they left off on their tablet, or smartphone. For tablet users, they need to check out their favourite homes, saved searches, and notifications under ‘My Zillow.’
With this easy sync feature from Zillow, you will always have your property information at your fingertips wherever you may be, as long as there’s an internet connection and a working computer or mobile device.
