The small Australian commercial portal, realestatecommercial.com.au, has just completed a small capital raising by securing investment from the Chinese company Zhuhai Huachen Constructions. In addition, realestatecommercial announced plans to raise $1.2m on the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) for 30% of the company, valuing the company at $4m following the capital raising.

We will be looking to invest further in the Australian Company during their capital raising program through ASSOB (Australian Small Scale Offerings).”
Real Estate Commercial has done a good job at generating content with a reported 250 Australian agent clients advertising over 10,000 listings.
However, when compared to the other Australian commercial real estate sites, realcommercial.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au, realestatecommercial.com.au (i know – very confusing) doesn’t even rank on Alexa or Google Ad Planner. Clearly the capital being raised is likely to be most channelled intro brand building.
