The new website offers professional service providers (e.g.: construction and home maintenance) in the real estate industry, with targeted, qualified leads from homeowners and investment property owners.
The site gathers service requests from homeowners and investment property owners across the U.S. and posts them categorised by city and state, for property management companies or service providers to bid on.
Service requests are posted free of charge by property owners on PMVnetwork.com, however, property management companies and service providers pay a small set up fee which is used to verify and perform background checks on their business through a national vendor verification and screening company. For management companies and service providers, the site provides ‘Leads-on-Demand’, as all approved vendors who join the network can search service requests by city, state or zip code and determine which jobs to pursue.
The company has set up an online meeting place where property owners can post service requests and approved vendors can view the requests in their area, see the scope of the job or service required and then choose to bid on that particular request.
