Once again Yahoo! Real Estate has claimed the top spot in the Top Ten Real Estate Sites, according to the latest rankings from Web metrics firm Experian Hitwise.
Zillow has claimed the second place on the list, after having dropped to the third place back in November and Realtor.com took the third position.
Yahoo! Real Estate reached 8.27 percent of visits to the real estate category in December, compared to 7.02 percent the prior month.
Zillow increased its market share, to 6.89 percent, and Realtor.com slipped to 6.41 percent of visits.
Trulia stayed in fourth place in December with 5.33 percent of visits, followed by AOL Real Estate and Homes.com, each increasing one spot with 2.76 percent and 2.72 percent market share. MSN Real Estate dropped to seventh place, with 2.5 percent market.
Rent.com 1.46 percent in the eighth spot, and MyNew Place 1.37 percent switching places with ZipRealty 1.27 percent switching places in the ninth and tenth spots.
