Digital Property Group (DPG) Business Services has announced another new product to help agents own their area and win more instructions. The new advertising product is called ‘Enhanced Marketing’ and is available to all DPG subscribers in two variants – Featured Advertising and Promoted Property.
A limited number of ‘Featured Advertising’ slots are now available at the top of every search within a postcode area; just three for FindaProperty.com and two for PrimeLocation.com. In some cases, a single agent is now able to purchase all available spots and dominate their area search.
Richard Shamsi, DPG Chief Operating Officer, comments: “Featured advertising has been severely diluted on many property portals by the sheer volume of available agents per area. In short, there are too many for any brand to gain real standout. DPG’s version helps agents own their area; ideal for winning new instructions and shifting stock fast.
“If an agent acts quickly, they can take all of the slots in their area and keep them for as long as they want. This new style of advertising will help a brand stand-out from the crowd.”
A significant difference between DPG’s Featured Advertising and that of its competitors is the ability to customise an advertisement. Advertisers can upload fully bespoke creative to the slot; such as a vendor or landlord offer or their leading position within their market.
Shamsi continues: “Our customers were explicit in wanting to do more with Featured Advertising; they wanted to promote their brand rather than a single property and to have the flexibility to change messages to reflect local offers. Our product is significantly superior to others in the market and priced very competitively.”
On top of personalised advertisements, agents are now able to direct traffic from their advertisements to their own website – potentially delivering thousands of visitors every month.
In addition, agents can enhance their local presence by buying ‘Promoted Property’ spots within the search results. Promoted properties achieve a greater stand-out within the property search results and are ideal to support difficult vendor or landlord relationships.
Both of the Enhanced Marketing advertising services enable agents to promote their brand and properties across 13.6 million monthly visits to FindaProperty.com and PrimeLocation.com.

DPG customers can edit and manage their Featured Advertisement or Promoted Property advertising via their Insight account, updating listings on either portal within minutes.
