As the New Year was rung in, companies such as Pricefinder released an Android app, RentJuice launched its iPhone and iPad apps, and most recently Realestate.co.nz rolled out an app as well, now Apartments.com has introduced its own mobile app, for the on-the-go property renter.
By downloading the company’s new app, designed for the Android device, iPhone or iPod Touch, apartment hunters can access the Apartments.com mobile site from a web-enabled device. Whether on your lunch break, riding the bus, or out searching for a new home, the app enables the user to:
- Find apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses for rent with a mobile device
- Search for apartments near any location, even the user’s exact location using GPS
- Refine searches by location, price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and more
- View photos, floor plans and video walkthroughs of apartment listings
With the iPhone/iPod Touch and Android Apps you can also:
- Save apartment listings to FAVORITES
- Save searches for a later
The app is available for Android and iPhone mobiles.
